Saturday 22 June & Sunday 23 June 2024

10am to 5pm

On Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June, the Six Streets area of Derby will once again open its doors to welcome visitors to view and buy art. Residents open their homes to host artists and makers with others displaying in halls and businesses close by. Over 50 artists and makers including painters, printers, photographers, textile artists, ceramicists, jewellers and crafters will be exhibiting their work. Venues will be open from 10 am - 5pm.

Explore the Six Streets area and enjoy live music, singing, yarn bombing, blue plaques and poetry. Refreshments can be bought from one of the many Pop Up cafes as well as at Broadway Church, The Creaky Floorboard micro pub and PointSix Cafe.

The Arts Trail takes place in DE22 off Kedleston Road between White Street and Woodland Road. Trail guides can be bought on the day for £4.

If you live in the area, you may wish to be involved: perhaps decorate your front door or a nearby tree, run a pop up café, put on activities or workshops, perform on the street or in gardens or you could volunteer. Volunteers are needed to sell trail guides and document the days by taking photographs. Please email any you take to sixstreetsartstrail@hotmail.com

Six Streets Arts Trail is a well established biennial community based event. To find out more about us, please check out the background page.
