The allotments near Britannia Mill ae opening as part of the National Garden Scheme. Visitors will able to see what is going on in over 160 plots.

Plus there will be teas, coffees and home-made cakes on May 1st between 10:30am and 3:30pm as they open the gates to paying members of the public.
