Playing Out is all about Active Play - ie children having more freedom to play outside than is usually possible given today’s level of traffic. The idea is to have fun - safely.

All residents are welcome to come along and chat. If you have children with you, you are responsible for them throughout.

If this date is rained off, then the event will take place on the second Friday of the month.

The street is closed to through traffic as we have road closure orders from the council. This does not affect residents leaving/ arriving as they are not passing through. Stewards will stop the children playing and shepherd you out or in to a parking space - though we very much appreciate it when residents choose to park up outside the play area to avoid the disruption.
