Sunday, 2nd November, 2025 - Beeley Moor to the Hunting Tower

A circular walk on Beeley Moor to the Hunting Tower, about 40 minutes drive away.

A moderate walk of approximately 7 miles with a mix of scenery including moorland, woods and wonderful views over the Chatsworth estate.

There are 4 stone stiles and a long steady climb uphill towards the end of the walk.

Meet from 10.20 for 10.35 departure outside 75 Wheeldon Avenue. 

We will find somewhere to stop for whatever you bring to eat/drink and don't forget a pad or plastic bag to sit on! You may need waterproof clothing and footwear.

We hope to visit a cafe or pub in Beeley at the end of the walk. 

Car share will be available on first come, first served basis. Well-behaved dogs on a lead always welcome.
