Jenny and a group 25 local people donate food to the Red Cross food bank each month. It’s collected by Jenny at her home on Wheeldon Avenue and she delivers it to the food bank, making it more convenient and easier to donate.

The Red Cross asks for a range of basic food stuffs, including fresh fruit and veg. Toiletries are also welcome. Please make sure your bag is marked as containing fresh produce - or tell the person collecting it.
