Marie & Becc coordinate the collection of items to be donated to the Red Cross. On the first Sunday of the month, they collect from around 25 doorsteps across the area, making this a very convenient way to donate. They then take a carload into the Derby Red Cross office so it can be distributed to vulnerable people living in Derby.

If you prefer, you can drop your donation off to 11 Wheeldon Ave. If you are on the regular collection list, please label the bag with your name so the team know not to call by at yours this month.

The Red Cross ask for a range of basic food stuffs, including fresh fruit and veg. Toiletries are also welcome as are seasonal items such as Easter Eggs for children. Please make sure your bag is marked as such if it contains fresh produce - or tell the person collecting it.
