Mugging - Watson St

A man was near Watson St/ Merchant St corner when a cyclist stopped him and asked to borrow a mobile. He made a call, sent a text then told owner he was keeping the phone and threatened him

The robber is white, aged around 20, slim and about 5ft 11ins tall. He had short brown hair and wore a brown padded jacket with a hood and jeans. He rode a white mountain bike.
