Markeaton Park Footbridge Incident
At around 11.30pm on Tuesday a lump of concrete was dropped from the footbridge near Markeaton Island. It landed on a lorry smashing into the windscreen.
Luckily no-one was hurt but police would like any witnesses to contact them quoting reference number 1502 for September 1st.
