Changes to Kedleston Rd Planning Application

Derby City Council has received new documents in relation to the block of flats proposed for the front of the Brook Medical Centre plot. The reference number is 18/01739/FUL.

There is no new image for the building showing it as 3 storeys instead of original 4 storeys. 14 flats are proposed with 14 car parking spaces.
